Anyone had problems with OVO. Had a bill for £600 for November/December. I queried this.sent in a video of smart meter figures. Then a bill for nearly £3000. I again asked and waiting for amended bill. Very distressing as live on my own and bill normally about £120 a month.

Welcome to the forum.Much more info needed, e.g. did you read the meter(s) yourself because they've gone dumb? It's very easy to misread a smart meter, e.g. by not spotting the decimal point, or by submitting the kWh figure from a gas meter.0

Have your bills actually been using the Smart readings ? It's quite possible that if the meter wasn't installed by OVO that they can't read the meter and been relying on you submitting meter readings
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
