Hello, Just looking for some advice here as over the past few years my electricity bills have shot up due to npowers price changes and I can't seem to get a straight answer from them. I live in a block of flats in the North East of England and we have only an electricity supply so rely on electricity to charge up storage…

If you don’t have underfloor heating you could just change to an E7 meter on one MPAN at least you wouldn’t have the high heat rate. However, npower are not booking jobs at the moment due to the change to Eon. However, I’m sure they would change it after you are with them.
