Creation Finance

On the 26/12/2017, I set up a creation finance account through PC World/Currys to buy a MacBook Pro. It was 0% interest if the full payment was made within 6 months, so I did this. Didn’t incur any interest etc.
I then got an email early this year stating that due to GDPR, and my account not being used for 24 months, they were going to close it.
I then went into the Currys store today and set up a new Creation Finance account, using the same details I used when I made the original account. Including the email email address. I was told this would be fine - I’ve bought a Shark vacuum cleaner, a considerably less-valuable purchase in way of owed money, however, one I can’t afford right now due to various bills and contract changes alongside Christmas.
I have not received any emails from Creation Finance or “My Plan” (which is what it’s sometimes called through Currys, and when I log into the account it states the account is closed with no active purchases. I tried to re-register the account with the email address I supplied in-store, and it states I already have an account (which is true).

I have received paperwork from Currys confirming my purchase, but I’m concerned it isn’t showing on my account, and that I haven’t received any emails from the finance company. I don’t want to incur any additional fees later-on down the line, if it’s something I can sort out early. I have full-intention of paying off the amount before June, which is when interest will start to be applied to my purchase. I’m concerned I won’t be able to access my account to pay off the bill.
Does anybody have any advice regarding this, or how I can approach this issue to get it resolved? Thanks.

I opened an account with Creation recently to buy a printer from Currys on 0% and it took over a week for the paperwork to arrive by email, so don't worry. If payment has been made by finance, and you have the product, then everything is fine.0

And check your junk folder. Recently did similar for my daughter (with DFS/Hitachi finance). The 3 "Welcome" type emails went to my inbox. The important one with account #/DD details/finance agreement got sent to my junk folder (bloody Outlook!)I'm writing a book on plagiarism. It wasn't my idea.0
