Is thick laminate flooring available in a square edge?

Looking to buy flooring for several room and I'm definitely looking at the budget end of the scale (ideally £10 per sq m or less but can stretch to £14 for something justifiable). Thus, I've decided to go with laminate flooring. Had a look around the usual B&Q, Wickes etc and noticed the various thickness. I'm more drawn towards the thicker laminate (ideally 12mm but 10mm is fine too). I then realised there's 3 types of edging (square, bevel and micro-bevel). I've had really bad experience with bevel/micro-bevel and it being a dirt trap so I'm keen to stick with square edging. I also think it looks much nicer.

However, I can't find any square edge laminate flooring that is in the thicker end. For example, Wickes only has 3 flooring types that are square edge (two are 6mm and one is 7mm). Is the combo square edge and thick laminate not available generally or is it just Wickes? Couldn't see it at B&Q either.

Any suggestions?

If the flooring isn't available in the thickness you need, build the subfloor up a bit. You haven't said what's down already but subfloor prep is all part of the job.

This is for the 1st floor so there's a wooden sub floor (with no underfloor heating). Even with the 12mm laminate, I was planning to put good quality underlay to help with dampening sound. It looks like 12mm thick laminate with square edging doesn't exist
