The winner and guest will stay for three nights, B&B, at Kinloch Lodge on the Isle of Skye. Formerly a 16th-century Clan Donald shooting lodge, the house is run by Isabella MacDonald, the clan chief’s daughter, and stands just above the water’s edge on the island’s southeast coast. Expect a warm, house-party atmosphere, plenty of Clan Donald portraits and a roll call of exceptional ingredients, including twice-dived Sconser scallops, north Skye venison and mussels from Loch Eishort — cooked with great flair by Jordan Webb and his restaurant team. Meanwhile, big walks beckon on every hillside, with teas in the drawing room on your return. You can also go hunting for local delicacies with the forager and gillie Mitchell Partridge.

The prize also includes one three-course dinner for two, excluding drinks. It must be taken before December 20, 2021, subject to availability and excluding July, August and public holidays.
