Take your current gas, electric, water, council tax (in full less 25% discount and ÷ by 10 or 12), rent as per tenancy agreement, sky, home insurance, food and other regular outgoings eg monthly prepay prescription charge, peak time bus pass. That's the minimum you need to take home a month to cover outgoings.

Sky? Since when did anyone 'need' that? Nothing wrong with Freeview.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

As a side note, your current bus pass is to enable you can get out and about, same as pensioners, hence being off peak.
I know the OP said they couldn't use their pass before 9/9.30 but if the pass was issued in relation to a disability then I believe the time restriction may not apply.  It's not just to get someone "out and about" in basically a social sense but also to get to work.

For example, in London (because of Government requirement of TfL) the Freedom Pass for pension age residents was cut back to not being available before 9 am but the Freedom Pass for people with disabilities is still 24/7.

In my county the concessionary bus pass can only be used after 9.30, regardless of the eligibility criteria.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

I agree, but if somebody has a contract with Sky/Virgin/BT they can't simply cancel immediately.  Calculation for entitlement purposes should be reviewed at the end of any contract period.  There is no suggestion that this applies to the OP.

I only pointed out a few things OP has mentioned in this thread and previous ones.

There's a lot of things he can cut spending on like sticking with one cycle rather than wanting a better one, not having an electric scooter, but I was trying to keep it simple and as a starting point. He's trying to do this alone, having got rid of his advocate, without learning the basics beforehand.
Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.

Absolutely no point in owning an electric scooter as they are illegal on public roads.  Using one can actually work out very expensive with points on any driving licence plus fine for not having insurance!

They are legal in certain areas where they are trialling schemes. https://www.milton-keynes.gov.uk
