If there are two walls with a gutter in between to stop the water running in the gap. I'd not bother causing a row. However was the builder who told you when it was done, the one who did it?

Rightmove and Zoopla sold data both go back a way, but I'm not sure if property as far back as 2010 is recorded in much detail. Not all houses sold end up being archived. Mine isn't there.

Just look for sold data for your postcode on those sites.You may be lucky, or just get the basic details without pics or plans.
