Hi I've paid for family season tickets but as yet not been able to attend a match and due to being in tier 3 unlikely to see one in near future, I'm paying via direct debit and wondering if due refund or potential chargeback, tried to email club but no response.
Thanks in advance

havent the club been in contact re the ticket ?My club sorted it at the start of the season with an option to refund or roll it over till next season.
do they have a ticket office that you can call0 -
Thanks for response, I've had nothing from them directly on this despite emailing them, appears to be nothing on website specifically about this either0

Hi it's Bolton Wanderers and they don't appear to have any info on website and never answer email, they do give access to follow but that obviously isn't same as attending and don't watch anyway as quality not great, I mean the picture not football, although?0

I also get access to ifollow even though I have rolled my ticket over till next season. I think the quality is ok, and I watch it in a 55inch tv so no complaints here.lockey said:Hi it's Bolton Wanderers and they don't appear to have any info on website and never answer email, they do give access to follow but that obviously isn't same as attending and don't watch anyway as quality not great, I mean the picture not football, although?
I can’t believe your club hasn’t sent you any info re what they are doing about this seasons tickets, refund/ roll over etc. I mentioned above have you tried calling the ticket office ? Have you looked/ posted on your clubs chat forum?Ps I support Norwich0 -
WOW I have just read the FAQ on the Bolton website. ( you could have read them yourself)
ticket office is closed and no phone lines open.
as you are getting an ifollow pass for home games no refund will be offered , although I believe they should offer you a refund as they can’t deliver the product you bought.
no access to ifollow for away games.
compare that to NCFC we have access to all home and all away games ( that are not 3pm on a Saturday) and that with a rolled over ticket till next season.
I know it’s been really tough being a Bolton supporter recently, hopefully things will get better on and off the pitch tho0 -
Hi thanks for answers I had looked on FAQs but have to say I didn't see that info, surely if you don't receive a product/service they cannot charge? Don't want to cancel direct debit in case I'm then in breach and lose what I've paid0

As you are paying via Direct Debit, there is not chargeback. DD's also do not cover not receipt of goods.lockey said:Hi I've paid for family season tickets but as yet not been able to attend a match and due to being in tier 3 unlikely to see one in near future, I'm paying via direct debit and wondering if due refund or potential chargeback, tried to email club but no response.

Hi yes direct debit, managed to speak to bwfc today and they confirmed no refund pro rata or at all is planned on season tickets, they say because they have provided follow pass for the home games that is all they are doing, I cannot believe this is ok I have 3 season tickets so I could but the ifollow pass myself for ten pound and all three could watch, how do they justify that? Been on to CAB and cancelled direct debit and sent letter claiming breach of contract. Find it hard to believe a club would charge me £750 for a few £10 ifollow passes0
