The candle is held in the middle of the biggest pane. There are openers measuring 71cm high by 50cm wide either side the flame clearly is blowing to the side and stops when in the middle. When the man eventually came round he did say he could tighten them but as already struggling to shut the windows I don’t know how this is going to work.

It does sound as if the door and some windows are poorly fitted, so they will need sorting out, but I'm still puzzled by the draughts and condensation. The two don't usually go hand in hand.

I have wondered if perhaps the windows don’t fit properly and the plastic trim around the window is covering things - I am not an expert hence wanting another opinion. 

I have tried to get another company to have a look from a neutral point of view but they don’t seem to want to get involved.
