Online Personal Trainer not giving me a refund.

I paid for a coaching service with an online personal trainer at the end of October. He requested a minimum of 3 months to start the service. I paid him via Bank Transfer
He sent me a meal plan and training plan. We agreed weekly and then twice weekly check-ins to discuss my progress.
He did probably two check ins with me which were not on the days agreed and kept giving me excuses saying he was busy (moving flats, helping his uncle with work)
I requested a change to the diet plan which he has not done yet. And he is no longer doing check-ins with me.
I contacted him saying as he is busy and not actually coaching me, he can keep the first month pay and refund me the other two months, and I said it doesn't even feel like I have even had a full month of coaching.
He said he doesn't do refunds, and suggested we can start the 3 months again and he can get another instructor to help overlook my progress.
I don't want to continue with him as I just feel he is unreliable and just constantly getting back to me late and doesn't seem to even be bothering.
Does anyone know if there is a way I can get my money back?

How did you find this "trainer"? Did a friend recommend him?

Without an address you're going to struggle. Time to do some detective work.0

Heard this a few times with individuals claiming to be instructors and all they provide are generic plans to follow.0

How much did you pay for the three month on-line service?
It sounds like this is one that will be difficult to pursue and may not be worth the effort if the sum is small.0 -

Did a friend recommend him?So you decided to pay three months up front to someone you did not know to provide a service to you that you did not know if they were able to provide?I would only ever engage a personal trainer if a friend I really trusted personally recommended them to me. Remember this next time1 -
When will people realise giving money to others on social media is no different to handing money to a random stranger in the street.1
