Personal Contract Lease Car and Lease Swap

I have been leasing my cars for some years now and am due to change my wife's vehicle early in the New Year. I tend to try to keep to a budget but the steady increases in PCL costs are making this difficult. I have seen in my research that specialist in Lease Swaps are now getting more common. Has anyone experience of using these sites or of lease swapping?

If the OP Takes over someone else's lease part-way through, will the OP be "on-the-hook" at termination for any damage or over-mileage charges that are linked to the first user?  I would have thought so.

If the OP sets out the needs and budget, I am sure there will be suggestions forthcoming how to achieve that in a financially effective manner.  That may, or may not, be a lease solution.
