UKCPM appeal rejected

Apologies to ask this question, I’ve been reading a lot but now I feel a bit lost!
A group of people stayed at an AirBnB, the owner confirmed in message to the person booking parking was included and will be directed there on arrival (still have this). The two cars were parked where told and then around 2 months later both registered keepers get fines. No windscreen fine was left.
I am neither registered keeper and I know for a fact neither of them were driving.

After doing some research it appears the land belongs to the Airbnb host. I contacted him to ask him to have this cancelled and he ignored me. I then did some more digging and found that the owner is actually quite often on the wrong side of the law and so I feel this is a dead end.
Both ROs appealed to UKCPM along the lines of not being the driver and they have not complied with POFA. Both were rejected stating that POFA does not apply and they should name the driver or other the fine.

What’s the best next course of action?

The AirBnB owner told you where to park. Did he tell you that you could park there without charge?4

did you complain to AirBnB?Ralph

Thanks for your comments. Yes so the property is advertised with parking and he messaged saying they would be directed there. The owner said it was fine to park without charge.I have not yet complained to AirBnb. Do you suggest this is the next best course of action?0

Of course you should complain to AirBnb.
If both RKs have appealed to the scammers then there is nothing more to do other than complaints unless and until a court claim arrives sometime in the next six years. All this is explained in the NEWBIES.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Ukcpm regularly reject appeals , so not much to be done apart from complaining to all and sundry , but don't expect a quick resolution , it may not happen !! Stop looking for an easy way out , there isn't one
Only a judge can resolve these , in Court , within 6 years2 -
Have you complained to your MP.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

Keep the evidence that the owner said you could park there. If you believe that PoFA applies, if they do take the RKs to court file a counterclaim and include the owner1
