We're cash buyers, looking to buy a freehold house in Dewsbury and would like the purchase to be handled as quickly as possible (ha!).
Do any of you lovely people have experience of any particularly efficient practitioners in this general area? I appreciate that many of the delays are out of the hands of the solicitors, especially now.
