TSB £5 not received?

Made 30 £1 credit card transactions on my tsb spend and save debit card in November. No £5 cash back yet though. Anyone in the same boat?

Mine paid 8th December for 30 £1 payments made in November

    Was a converted classic account.

Is it an account that was converted from a Classic account (which doesn’t get the £5) or a new one / One converted from a Classic Plus account (which does).
  • Mine is a Classic Plus converted to Spend and Save. This is why I’m confused. Thanks I’ll ask TSB.

What is is this moving 30 £1's? This is a way of getting £5. Are people really setting up 30 £1 payments? DD, standing order, Debit card?
I have several Classic Plus accounts - didn't bother to convert them as I thought it wasn't worth it. Is it?

As long as you are buying something that you actually need and are not spending £30 to get £5.....
  • Can someone who already received £5 cashback answer, please. Are credit card payments by debit card accepted for £5 cashback or do you need to make actual purchases, e.g. supermarket, Amazon gift cards etc.?
