The only reason for the “pretty much” is because their solicitor still needs to forward on a document to mine. The seller sent this document to their solicitor last week but apparently it takes several days to scan in a document and email it...tigerlily74 said:You sound like my buyer. It's more like.... post comes in in chronological order, is added to the relevant file, and the file is added to the four 6ft high piles of files beside the relevant conveyancer's desk. They then work through that in the order they're stacked, unless of course they're working on a joint sale/purchase in which case they might pull out the related sale/purchase at the same time.Jd843 said:
