Co-op/Soteria/Markerstudy/Affinity

Anyone had a letter this morning?
I don't know what went wrong at the Co-op, but apparently they've just flogged their home insurance to Soteria Finance Holdings, who control Soteria Insurance, who farm out their business to Markerstudy Insurance, which is administered via Affinity Insurance. A quick look at Trustpilot shows a rating of 89% bad, with remarks like "don't pay up until the day before it gets to court".
I've always been with the Co-op, mainly because I've found they're good to deal with, but I don't think I'll be renewing with them, I'm just wondering whether to cancel now or wait till the end of the policy.
