Currently working as a courier and received a charge notice from wings for parking on a single yellow line offence code not parked within a bay. At the time genuinely delivering parcels to adjacent housing blocks of which proof can be obtained.
The warden was there when returned to van and asked him to show where the signs were and recorded it. He pointed to signs that were some distance away or were behind parked cars on walls and notably pointed to one behind a parked van.
There signs don't mention BPA and do not make any allowance for loading.
The estate appears like most of the rest of the council controlled blocks in the area and has an unrestricted single yellow line which parked on

Read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum regarding appealing as keeper (no blabbing about who was driving ) to wing
Then it's appeal to the almo , then it's appeal to Popla with a popla code , so a 3 stage process for a keeper to follow
Read previous wing threads to understand this unique process
At no point should the driver be revealed , this is extremely important1 -
I'm not the keeper, vehicle sub hired to me (I'm self employed)0
-
Then you are a hirer keeper , a day to day keeper ,CSO not an owner band not a registered keeper
So appeal as a hirer , as shown at the bottom of the first post in the newbies FAQ sticky thread announcement !!
In any case , you would be very foolish to tell any of them who was driving , and throw away your winning point on POFA non compliance by wing
So my advice does not really change , but is a hirer appeal , not a registered keeper appeal
You may not understand it , but you must do what we tell you , pedantically and no deviations1 -
Yep, appeal as hirer as explained in the NEWBIES thread to stop Wing (they are not called 'Wings') from writing to the company who owns the vehcile.
Also read other Wing threads to learn about their unique 3 stage appeal process and how to win BY NOT SAYING WHO WAS DRIVING.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am not surprised you got a ticket, they prey on this sort of thing. complain to the management company and your MP.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
