Do you in any case have the option of invoking your Final Right To Reject (for a refund that can be reduced slightly based on the mileage you have covered in the vehicle*)? Absolutely.
* What was the mileage when you bought it, and what is the mileage now? How many of those miles were covered whilst the vehicle was in for "repair"?0
