Hello. Not sure if this is the correct thread or not. I have asked music magpie to stop sending me junk emails. They haven't so I have now asked them to close my account. They haven't. Can anyone advise what my rights are and what my next steps will be please? Sick of getting junk emails I don't want and can't get them to stop sending. They aren't the only ones unfortunately. Looks like my email has been hacked again as had about 20 junk emails from a third party today so trying to close accounts I no longer use to minimise these attacks. Thanks in advance!

Does the email not have a unsubscribe link at the bottom?

As your accounts are still open, why not try logging on and simply changing your email address?
Either that or when the unwanted mails arrive, add the senders addresses to your list of spam addresses.0
