Leaving the flat (2 months' notice or 1 month's notice)?

    So between 19th September 2020 to 19th March 2021: I remain liable for the rent.
    From 9th March 2021 and 19th September 2021: Two months' notice 
    After 19th September 2021: One month's notice

    No.
    So between 19th September 2020 to 18th March 2021: I remain liable for the rent.
    To end the tenancy between 18th March 2021 and 18th September 2021: Two months' notice ie notice served from 19th Jan
    After 18th September 2021: at least One month's notice but maybe longer, since notice must align with the tenancy periods.
    Note 12 months from 19th, is 18th of the following year.
