I had my pip assessment last week Monday they said they have put a urgent request on my case and I will have a decision by Wednesday could some one help me please with the process

Not sure what help you need here. Usually a decision's made when it's made. Backlogs cause delays. You can request a copy of the assessment report by ringing DWP and this will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be because they mostly go with the report. Other than that all you can do is wait.
