Good morning. Has anyone had issues with JaJa finance? My husband passed away a few months ago. He had a credit card with the AA which has changed to Jaja . I have forwarded the required documents but they won’t tell me how much is owed so that I can pay it. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get through to someone. When I  do I am promised a return call that never happens. The email they have provided doesn’t work and the letter they sent me contains things that I haven’t said.

I really don’t know what to do now. I don’t want letters addressed to my husband and I am willing to pay what ever is on it. It’s shocking.

As well as making a complaint directly to the Banking Ombudsman, I would also e-mail Jaja's Banking Ombudsman complaints e-mail at:

BOcomplaints@jajafinance.com

as it seems it is the only one they respond to nowadays!

Still awaiting closure of my account - my complaint is with Banking Ombudsman.

i had to call them to close my account and the wait times were quite short this week
Unfortunately they are a bit of a shambles, so I’d recommend the advice above.
Letters should be addressed to you, as his Executor 
Anything  addressed to him simply write “Deceased - Return to sender” and put back in the post.
