really poor service ,no direct contact, you talk to some one at the other side of the world, and are stalling with my home heating allowance from the government.

For me really good service with a UK contact .

I have been with them for nearly 2 years. Last year the Warm Home Discount was paid on 9 January. I'm looking for options to switch after it's paid this year.
