My floors were fitted by the recommended guy at the showroom, local not the rites of carpets. Cost £120, plus £20 if he has to rehang a door. takes him about a hour!0

I got mine fitted in bristol not long ago. I can recommend someone who doesn't do a very good job and charges much more than that if you want :'(0

Thats your average price ... the time is took with the scotia ...
What people need to think about when asking questions like this is, 'how much do i earn a day?' Am i skilled? If he's self-employed ... he has to factor in a living wage and holiday pay into his/her rates. I'm self employed and charge £180 per day. If I do jobs on price, Laminate is £12 per sq mtr , and £5 per linear metre of scotia, so thats approx £120 on your sizes. Karndean etc is aprox £15-£24 per sq metre to fit plus prep.0
