New Generation Parking Management failed appeal

I appealed this PCN on their website, the payment machine took my money but did not provide a ticket, which they would be able to see from their CCTV, they are stating their machine was working and I have failed my appeal and have to now pay £60 or it goes up to £100, I also have a witness who was with me to confirm failure of the machine.
I have not stated I was driving but through my appeal I’m worried I’ve admitted liability? What do I need to do next?
thanks I’m advance.

It was a private carpark linked to a restaurant I was visiting, states they are part of IPC on back of the PCN letter sent in post no window ticket. I have read the newbies forum but I’m still so confused as never had one of these before and not sure how I should proceed.0

complain to the landowner, thats your best option , PLAN A in that newbies threadyou will have noted that an appeal to the IAS is a waste of time, meaning if you do not wish to pay they would have to take you to court and win , within 6 yearsplan A is your best option here, nothing else will workforget about the CCTV action , not a viable option2

I have contacted them but no response as yet, Do I just ignore it in the interim? If no response what do I do next? Thanks so much for replying.0

If all else fails, write bad stuff on TripAdvisor and their Facebook page.

There's not much else you can do to kill this off, other than await the next move from NGPM. Maybe (irritating, but harmless) debt collector letters which can safely be ignored, or even a court claim which the forum will help you defend.Penny said:I have contacted them but no response as yet, Do I just ignore it in the interim? If the lighting conditions were poor, or even night time, do not use flash. They need to be seen as the driver would have seen them. But you will also need for your own (and maybe forum) future reference, some close ups, maybe with flash, so we can read the wording of the signs. The signs are the purported contract between the PPC and the driver. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks so much for this info @umkomaas, the machine took the money but provided no ticket but obviously this can’t be proven?
I will go and take pics in the day & night just in case I need them and wait for a response....hate all this...so unsettling on top of everything else right now. 😞3 -
It's your word against theirs , frustration of contract , faulty PDT machine , you paid , like I paid in cash when I bought my Chinese satay , fried rice and chips last night 😁👍
I didn't get a receipt either !! But the transaction was completed according to the signs in the shop so I committed no transgression and I would be honest about it in Court if it came to it
They have 6 years to try a court case , so keep everything , take pictures , write out your witness statement now whilst it's fresh In your mind and keep it safe with all your evidence
None of this changes the fact that the dog wags the tail , so get it cancelled by the landowner or restaurant or whoever. No reply yet means keep at it , be a pain3 -
- Ask yourself, who is a judge more likely to believe, a fine upstanding citizen, or a low life former clamper.

Thanks again!
Yes I will gather all evidence and write the witness statement now and take pics etc.....hopefully the landowner will contact me in the interim, be a decent human being and cancel the PCN! 🙏🏼1
