Form submitted for May. I got an unexpected pay rise in April, which is very appreciated. It was due in November, so that's about an extra £800 or so over the next few months.
I accidentally bought a new armchair this month. It was planned but not yet. I expected it to mess with my savings, but in a new and exciting experience YNAB has made it all OK. I just moved some savings from other categories and it was suddenly not a problem. I am sure this is something that loads of people are used to, but it was a big deal to me that I could accommodate £450 of chair in my budget and still hit my savings goal for the month. Now I just need to put money back in those savings categories over the next couple of months.Save £12k in 2025 #33 £2531.77/£5000 (If this carries on I might have to up my target!)
