Hi has anyone ever had click LVP fitted. I payed for this flooring and separate for fitting and this is the marks that is left on the floor only after 4 weeks and following correct cleaning protocols. Would you get back in touch with the company is there’s fault with the floor or is it something I’m doing wrong.
The flooring and fitting cost me a lot of money to look like this after 4 weeks.

Photos?And what caused the marks?0

Looks to me that something harsh has been spilt there or some product used incorrectly to clean something up, particular if they've only appeared weeks after the floor was installed. Is the floor in the kitchen?1

Photos are already attached and I don’t know they just kept appearing it’s in a kitchen but it’s all over even in areas we don’t use.Jeepers_Creepers said:Photos? And what caused the marks?0 -

Yes it’s in the kitchen the flooring stated it could be used in kitchens.0 -
What type of LVT flooring was it, Was it glued down or click together stuff. If the former it could well be adhesive residue, possibly got on the fitters clothes or shoes and he's managed to transfer it on parts of the floor when he was laying it.0

Looks like damp coming through to me ... whats under it? Did you put DPM under it?0

And trouble is regarding how you've done it, shop will not guarantee it if they're fitters haven't fitted it, and the fitter will only guarantee his fitting.0

Just read you noticed it on the first day? Strange?
