Wifi Camera setup for remote viewing

I've just bought a Tapo C200 wifi camera and whilst it works as expected via my phone using the Tapo app I'd like to monitor it remotely via my PC. I've seen instructions on how to set up iSpy to access it which works fine when I'm using my home network but I'm struggling at what I need to set up so I can access it away from the house. FYI, I have Sky broadband so any instructions would need to work via the Sky Q Hub router.
Thanks

https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/CCTV-port-forwarding-nightmare/td-p/2982584IIRC iSpy doesn't use port forwarding? Normally you register your cameras to a central server somewhere and then iSpy can connect to them that way without the need for forwarding. You would only need the port forwarding if you wanted to use something like VLC to watch the streams. but different apps work in different ways.0
