Settlement agreement amount and holiday

 I’ve worked at the company for 18months, salary £32k plus shift (£3.4), grade (£0.96k) & licence (£1.2k) payments per annum.  I have been suspended and offered a settlement agreement,  finish work 31/12/2020 £7.5k tax free,  1 month pilon basic pay and 12 hours outstanding holiday.   I’m happy to go.
holiday 01/04/20 - 31/03/21 282 hours inc 37 purchased (paying monthly) 01/04/20-31/12/20 - prorata 222hours
As at today taken 156 hours,  booked 23-31/12 - 54 hours.
1.  Is £7.5k reasonable?
2. Pilon at basic rate?
3. Is the 12 holiday hours to be paid correct?  If I’m suspended, should that supersede the holiday?
