L&G smart meter = Free Gas! need third set of Smart Meters

History:  Feb 2017 SSE replaced meters with smart meters (set no.1)
Sep 2017 left SSE for Engie; meters became dumb but readings all OK
Feb 2019 rejoined SSE on standard tariff and got meters working smart again
Jun 2019 joined British Gas, they could read Gas meter but not Electric meter?
Aug 2019 British Gas fitted new smart meters (set no.2) inc L+G Gas meter
By Oct 2019 the Gas was up to 27m3 
 
I noticed in Jan  2020 no readings being  taken, Gas was still at 27.  Meter replacement booked for 2 March 2020
Meter booking postponed due to first lockdown, but by April the meters were being read again and the Gas had moved to 28.
Jun 2020 moved to Pure Planet, got money returned on final bill from BG; Gas now reading 147; so all seemed to be working. By end of Sep the Gas was up to 195.8 and there it has stayed; no Gas showing for Oct, Nov and so far in Dec.  I'll get round to messaging them in the new year; ready for my 3rd set of smart meters !

I have fired up the IHD but the readings are straight off the Gas meter and are being read monthly by Pure Planet
