Hi
My disabled wife is currently on the benefits but I am working a full time and the salary falls in between £12,500 and £50,000. Can we entitled to claim marriage allowance?
Wrong place.

That’s a tax question rather than a welfare benefits question. Probably better to post in the cutting tax forum. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/cutting-tax
there is information here https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/family/marriage-tax-allowance/Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
