Lenovo Digital River Ireland (DRI)

The short version of this saga is that I ordered a gaming computer on a Black Friday deal from Lenovo DRI. Order placed 30/11, receipt and shipping details received within a couple of days. The shipping link with DHL showed the item has not having been received from DRI. I chased this with Lenovo from 5/12 until 14/12 and a as the item was to have been a Christmas present, requested either a date for delivery or a refund. To date neither has been properly confirmed.
The sequence goes like this
1. I email Lenovo customer services
2. They respond quickly. They apologise for my inconvenience and tell me that they have chased the warehouse.
3. I chase again.
4. They repeat the same story because it appears the warehouse NEVER responds.
After 3 weeks of this, I have still have no idea (not it seems does Lenovo customer services) what happened to the original order nor when I can expect any refund. At some point I imagine I will have to claim the £500 back from my credit card company but I am loathe to simply let them away with such shoddy practice.
