Unfair Parking Ticket

Hey,
I recently got two parking tickets for parking on 'red routes' from a BPA member (Private Parking Solutions, London). In reality, I'm an Uber driver and I was forced to wait in my car on a red route (since there was nowhere else to park) due to a customer finding out where they're meant to be. I want to know what I can do, and I really don't think I should be fined for 'parking' on their 'red route'. The red route was outside the Excel Centre so I can't contact them to get help.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

It was double red route, private property. Sign which stated: no stopping at any time.0

Red route on private property...very odd. These PPCs make it up as they go along.
Unlikely the signage was clear and also, a red route is a ban on stopping. Not an agreed contract to pay to park.
Why can't you contact the landowner to get them to cancel this, I expect the landowner expectation is taxi drivers are not penalised?
Anyway do what the NEWBIES thread tells you to do.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There are no such things arts "red routes" on private land, you were ticketed for some other reason. Please read the newbies which explains what you can do to contest the charge. Also consider complaining to your MP as nine out of ten of hese tickets are scams. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2 -
Thanks, I've just contacted Excel London. I appreciate the help.2
