AMEX website problems

Is anyone else having issues the last couple of days on the American Express website?
I can log in fine and view transactions etc but the problem comes when I go to pay the balance off using my debit card. I get as far as receiving the OTP from my bank for the debit card transaction but on entering it I get completely logged out of the AMEX website. Debit card transaction doesnt go through either. Anyone else experiencing similar or is it just me? Thanks in advance for any replies.

Thanks in advance for any replies.It would probably be quicker to have called Amex to find out if the problem is something with your account or a fault in general at Amex's side.I've never logged on to the website to make a payment I've either logged on via the app and paid though mostly I do a faster payment via internet banking to my amex card.If you want to do a faster payment yourself the details are:Sortcode: 30-00-02Account Number: 00200476Your 15 digit Amex card number as the reference.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. I have had problems in paying my bill by Debit card for the last couple of months.
Have tried various browsers , cleared cookies , tried both mine and OHs accounts, different debit cards etc , But it all keeps logging me out of the Amex site once I have used the Santander App.
Have tried about 20 times over the months and it has worked about twice , so its not just you. I have not been too bothered as i have DDs set up for full payment so not an issue for me , But have been meaning to call Amex and will post an explanation if I do call them0 -
I had the same problem last twice i tried to pay my balance ,clicked " pay now " and i took me out of my account ,went back in and second try it let me pay ,i checked my bank account to make sure i had not paid twice ,was ok but there is something wrong with their website.0
