I will if you promise to!
The OP quite clearly and concisely asked "Can anyone help me and advice what to do please"
You didn't help or advise.
Instead you indulged in what is known as 'whataboutery' - peddling your view on other people's morality. .3 -

So I was tempted by £125 switching bonus and I've decided to switch by Lloyd's account to Natwest. They've started the switching process (Natwest team), sent me bank card, pin number, sort code, etc. excluding account number, so I've never had an access to it, they've switched off my Lloyd's account and after all of it I've got e-mail from Natwest saying after careful censiderstion (!) they've decided to close my account.
The funds I had with Lloyd's have gone to Natwest account which doesn't exist. I don't have access to my old lloyds account, at it's been switched off. Whenever I call Lloyd's, they are saying all my funds has been transferred to Natwest. When I'm calling Natwest they're claiming they've sent it back to Lloyd's. I'm really struggling with money especially in this difficult times. Can anyone help me and advice what to do please.
1. Send SAR to CIFAS and check all three credit report. This step is very important before you open any new account because if the issue is caused by CIFAS account opened with other bank may likely be closed (you can try opening one account if you need account urgently eg for salary or benefit payment. See point 3 below). This because some banks "may" keep the record of the CIFAS and reject you instantly without re-checking the entry even if you are able to get the CIFAS removed. The CIFAS SAR can be done online at Data Subject Access Request form | DSAR Online Application | Cifas and you can get the three credit report free from MSE credit club, Credit Karma (or totallymoney) and Clearscore.
2. At the same time as above, raise complaints with both Natwest and Lloyds. One of the two has your money and they can't just keep passing you around. Natwest needs to tell you which Lloyds account they sent it to and Lloyds need to confirm they haven't received the money back from Natwest.
3. Try to open a new account. The likes of Starling and Monzo are very easy to open account with and the process can be completed quickly.
I hope you resolve this quickly. This is not the best time to be without a bank account and your money with Christmas approaching.2
