Paid CCJ on my report

Hi there I was wondering if anyone could help me. At the beginning of the year I had a high court enforcement agent at my door (was very unpleasant) for a debt I didn’t even realise I had, any way the court had obviously slapped on an extra grand so the amount was pretty high. Any way it got paid in full that same day and I have my receipt.
I checked my credit report as I’m currently in a DRO and the ccj is showing as active but with the original amount (before court costs( what should I do? I’ve checked and it’s not a different ccj how do I get it off my report?
thanks in advance

You won't, a CCJ stays on your file for 6 years from the date it was awarded.
How much was it for and how much was your DRO?
When was your DRO started?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Hi thanks for your reply. The original amount it was for was £673 it was a utility bill but when agent was here it ended up being £1,700 ish but was paid in full but I assumed there would be a mark next to it on my report with satisfied or something like that? It looks as if it’s still enforceable as it’s saying it’s active. My DRO was approved yesterday. That ccj was paid in January this year.0

On my file the original filed date of the ccj was 11 Oct 20160 -
You can only get a CCJ off your account if you pay it within 30 days. As you paid it 3+ years late your only hope would have been to pay to file a request for the court to suspend it /remove it (forgot the term) and then go back to court and then pay it.
It will remain on there for 6 years (as is correct) so it will disappear around the 10th October 2022 so you might as well leave it as your credit will be trashed anyway from the DRO and associated problems0 -
Hi
thanks for your reply il just leave it then even though it says active least I know it’s been dealt with.

Contact the company who issued proceedings, remind them you paid it after the HCE arrived and ask when they will notify the court it's been satisfied.
Covid has caused a few things to have delays.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -
It should now be marked as 'satisfied' - so yes - contact the company and state that you understand there are delays in the current circumstances - but can they check whether they've informed the courts that you're debt is now fully repaid. It will stay there for 6 years, but a satisfied ccj has less of an impact than an active ccj - so well worth pushing to get it updated.0
