7.2 The prizes listed above do not include any associated costs or expenses including any travel, insurance, transfers to and from airports, stations or ports, food and drink, spending money, or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of any prize are the responsibility of the winner(s).

7.3 Additionally, winners are solely responsible for:
   a) all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income (including in relation to the receipt of the prize, if applicable); and
   b) all other travel arrangements including procurement of passports, visas and any inoculations. 

 

7.4 The winners of the tickets set out at paragraph 7.1(z) shall be asked their preference of Grand Prix for which they would like to attend but tickets for any particular Grand Prix are subject to availability and Promoter does not commit to being able to provide tickets for the winner’s preferred Grand Prix. The availability of any tickets for any Grand Prix shall also be subject to that Grand Prix being open for fans to attend.

7.5 All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.

8.1 There shall be one hundred and sixty-two (162) winners. To determine the winners, a random draw from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall take place for each prize listed at paragraph 7.1. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.

 

8.2 The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place remotely no later than 24 December 2020.
