Best trading platform for Non UK residents

I would just like to know those who invest online which sites would you recommend? I'm not a UK resident for tax purpose although I do have rental property and obviously a bank account and everything there.
Seems Etoro, trading 212 are high up the list. Any pros and cons?
I'm looking more towards the best for passive investor. Throwing £100-200 in a month for years hoping for a small return.
