Cost of a partial kitchen refurbish?

Hey, people!

I'm in the process of buying my first home, and I'm just trying to get some sort of budget together.

I'm looking to partially renovate the kitchen. I know it's a bit of an open question, How much do think it'd cost for:

• replacing wall and base units/trims (supply and fit)
  
• replacing splash back tiling (supply and fit. Maybe updating the electic outlets, but not adding any)
  
• Replace oven with a double underfitted oven (supply and fit, if that's even possible here? looking at spending around £400 on the oven)
• possibly update the extractor fan set within in the chimney stack (cost depending, I haven't decided yet)
• fit vinyl plank flooring (room size is roughly 4x4m, supply already accounted for. Does luxury vinyl require underlay? Is this type of flooring even possible here given the uneven-ness of the floor)
• I'm happy with the work top and work top fitted appliences so they will be staying.

would a £2-2,500 budget sound do-able for the above (that'd be including oven supply cost, but not flooring supply cost) or am I being a bit unrealistic there?

Would there be any costs/work need doing I haven't considered other than the above listed? I'm gonna be repainting myself and I'm keeping that part of a seperate budget.

What would be the best order to have the work done? (this is my first time trying to plan any sort of renovation )

As a follow up question, I'm also looking for a bit of insperation! What colour schemes or ideas would you have for for this kitchen?
