Paying for a service via bank transfer

Hi.
I have paid £60 for a service that I haven't received (and doesn't look like I will). Have asked the service provider for a refund but no reply - Is there any way I can pursue a refund via the bank?

I don't have any options that you can think of then?0

If you have a physical address for your supplier, you could try action in the small claims court. Sorry but you would have to investigate that yourself as I don’t have experience of the process.0

Banks do not like people breeching trust. They have to take their customers word as given. If it is proved otherwise. Then it will cause issues.
Bit like someone lying to you, would you trust them again?Life in the slow lane1
