No More Naughty List with Tesco on Capital Network, Heart Network and Radio X 
Online Promotion, December 2020,
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ , https://www.radiox.co.uk/terms-conditions/  or https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ ( (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to No More Naughty list with Tesco radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 11th December 2020 to Thursday 17th December 2020 on Capital, Heart and Radio X (the “Radio Station”) 
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.capitalfm.com/ , https://www.radiox.co.uk/ or www.heart.co.uk and register their details along with entering their confession from 2020 into the confession textbox. Online entry will open at 10.00am on the Friday 11th December 2020 and close at 23.59 on the Thursday 17th of December 2020 
4.    One winner will be selected at random from all the eligible entries across Capital, Radio X and Heart. 
5.    Once a winner has been selected by Global, the Entrant will be contacted by Global using the contact details provided. 
6.    Global will try a maximum of three attempts to contact the Entrant. If no contact is made after three attempts, that Entrant will forfeit their entry and another winner will be selected based on the criteria. 

Eligibility:
7.    Entrants must be aged 18 years or over 
8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person per Radio Station; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
9.    By entering the competition, you confirm that your entry form and any accompanying materials and submissions are:   
•    Legal
•    Compliant with the current COVID rules
•    Family friendly
•    Non-political
•    Free of any hate speech
•    Doesn’t mention any other companies, especially retailers and competitors

Ownership:
10.    By entering the Competition, the Entrant has agreed for their confession to be potentially used on air throughout the remaining promotion. The entrant will be contacted to confirm they are happy with this. 
11.    All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to Heart FM, Capital FM and Radio X will become the property of the relevant above radio stations on receipt.
12.    You agree that Heart FM, Capital FM and Radio X may use your entry and accompanying materials on-air and on and any other platforms associated with the relevant radio station in connection with any publicity of the competition.
13.    You agree to grant Heart FM, Capital FM and Radio X a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights, in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
14.    Where your entry and accompanying materials contain your personal data use this information can be withdrawn at any time by emailing privacy@global.com

16.    Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group, Global’s prize provider, reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. 
17.    The contents of the Tesco hamper may vary, and items may be substituted. 
18.    Tesco e-code can be used at UK Tesco stores only. E-code expires after 5 years after its last transaction. 
19.    For delivery of prizes by Thursday 24th December, winner must confirm their delivery address by Monday 21st December 2020 
20.    The NDL Group will endeavour to deliver all items by Thursday 24th December 2020. However, due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries which may not arrive in time for Christmas. NDL cannot be held responsible for any delays once items have been dispatched or if the customer does not confirm their delivery address by Monday 21st December 2020. 
21.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
