Private parking ticket in my own space- tenant

    Yes, all good, I created an index on first page and paginated the whole lot.

    I have seen the claimant’s WS. The only ground they can stand on is against my first line of defence, which is primacy of contract. My tenancy agreement does not actually mention the parking space, but I was given the key fob and told the space allocated to the flat and it was recorded in the inventory document.

    Against that, they have an agreement signed between the building management agency (which they called the landlord even if they aren’t, truly speaking) and themselves, giving them the so called right to distribute PCNs if parking permits are not displayed.

    I have plenty of other solid points in my back pocket so I am not to worried.
