Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 - lift to wake & smart/fitness watch strap question.

I don't know if i'll be better off registering on an Android or Samsung forum for the first part but for anyone with this watch, is there a way you can tweak the lift/rotate to wake side of the watch? Or do you have problems with yours?

Just started wearing mine a couple days ago and am having trouble with the rotate to wake side of it on & off. I'll turn my wrist naturally and it'll stay black. I'll rotate it a few more times and it'll stay black. Then i'll get P'd off and exaggerate my wrist turn and some times it still stays black. Then I may do an innocent twist of the wrist and it illuminates and shows me the time. Very frustrating.

On the topic of frustrating ... i'll be walking in to town and i'll go to check the time. On the display isn't the time but it has auto detected me walking and is showing me how long i've been walking for and how far etc. Now i don't mind it detecting this at all but i want to know what time it is!!!! I'm sure it's just a case of learning how it works but how do you stop it showing auto-walk by default?

As far as the straps go, are they all interchangeable for these devices? The Galaxy Watch 3 that I have, the original, Fitbit Versas, Garmin whatevers, so on & so forth?

I ask because I ordered a new strap off eBay. There was a drop down menu to select your device which i did - the 45mm Galaxy Watch 3. What has turned up is a strap marked 46mm which will be the original Galaxy Watch. I don't want to open it up if they're specific to their devices and then I can't send it back.
