Medicspot FAILED to complete my fit to fly test

Numerous nervous calls today, 1st time after a 52 minute wait finally spoke to a lady, but she did not seem to be able to offer any advice if my test has actually arrived, 2nd call 1 hr 03 minute wait almost spoke to i think his name was Paul.........cut off. Third call 56 mins wait spoke to another guy each time promise to "escalate" the issue to a manager!!! Have i had any calls back yet? no, I am at my wits end i have not seen my family since last year and the only thing stopping me is this outfit supplying a piece of paper and a result! What i do not understand is nobody seems to know anything about your account, surely they have a database or something. So i wait until 11pm, i have a heart issue and elderly family i must see. Tomorrow 6pm im on a plane..........or at least i hope so. Customer service is hideous ,test arrived Wednesday as per instructions took test thursday and sent straight away. order number #9274 also noticed there seems to be a pattern to the names of good reviews. Update spoke to a manage last night, he provided no solution.said I'd need to email but can I leave it 3-4 days as busy... disgraceful!!!! No parcel arrived no flight and it was the courier they chose not me My elderly Mother is in tears, my father in a bad position health wise, you have ruined my chance to spend christmas with my family, i havent seen them for a year, i hope you are very proud of yourselves!!!!! The way myself and so many have been treated is hideous, someone somehow needs to deal with them, see  trustpilot to see medicspot reviews you will be shocked

Anyone would think there was a global pandemic in progress that's killed 1,600,000 million people and counting

Some airports are offering on the day tests -- where are you flying from and where to ?

You will find that most of these companies have T&Cs that absolve them of any responsibility and that they cannot guarantee timescales/turnarounds

What do theirs say ?

The offered a guarantee on the website, Flying from Liverpool to Alicante, i have another company providing a test today, they have a lab next door to them

In which case they will (should) refund the cost 

There will be disclaimers absolving them from any and all consequential losses etc

Your not flying until tomorrrow evening. Why the panic already?  For the company concerned they aren't going to have the manpower to tell where precisely every individual test is at any point in time.

The situation was i was meant to fly Sunday, they literally did not do my test as with others too, many many people have had the most appaulling service and lost thousands, with flights etc. when a company promises a 24 hour turnaround and do nothing, it is no wonder so many are so upset.
