Parcel Is Missing Using Hermes

Hi All,
I sent a parcel via Hermes in August and it never arrived. The tracking number emailed to me was invalid. I have tried calling but it's an automated line and it rejects by call when the tracking number is input as it's invalid. I have emailed them at the following email address but received no response, what can I do?
