Utility Point credit refund delays

I had the same experience last year.

I contacted them via Resolver, said that they were late and so owed me £30, and that they were late paying that £30, so owed me another £30.

I received an email back, two days later confirming that they would be paying the credit balance and £60 compensation. Payment was made a couple of days after that.

I'm in a similar position I got my credit refunded 40 days after the final bill, but they haven't paid the £60 compensation that I pointed out was due.
