I changed tariffs a year ago with them and had to go via Resolver to get the credit back on the account.I had the same experience last year.I contacted them via Resolver, said that they were late and so owed me £30, and that they were late paying that £30, so owed me another £30.I received an email back, two days later confirming that they would be paying the credit balance and £60 compensation. Payment was made a couple of days after that.0

I'm in a similar position I got my credit refunded 40 days after the final bill, but they haven't paid the £60 compensation that I pointed out was due.
