Evans - apparently not processing refunds on returned items.

So I ordered 2 dresses online from Evans. They were so delayed they were too late for me to wear either of them for the event I needed a dress for.
I've since realised Evans is in administration. Their social media is full of customer comments about delayed parcels, and of returned items not being refunded, oh and complaints thay they're not responding via any channels either.
So I have 2 dresses I need to return but now I'm not sure what to do! If I return them and don't get a refund processed, do I have any rights or protection in terms of actioning a refund? I paid via my debit card.

We do have a store in my town BUT when I looked online it says "temporarily closed". Im not sure if this is due to lockdown. :-(It is only a bargain if you need it!0
