Private Parking Appeals Limited

Having received a parking ticket issued by UKPC at Forbury Retail Park in July 2019, for leaving the site, I paid a fee to Private Parking Appeals to handle the appeal for me. I am still receiving requests from the various agents of UKPC for payment. Every time I receive a request, I email the request to Private Parking Appeals. Various conversations with PPA,  led me to believe that it was being managed. The latest request for payment was received on the 7th Dec and I forwarded to PPA. No response has been received and I now find e-mails bouncing which is a worry trend. I note that they also trade as Private ticket appeals but e-mail is also bouncing.  Any advice on my next move and what action I can now take?

they have ceased trading according to recent posts this week

you can ignore all requests for payment

come back on this thread if you receive an official formal LBC or an MCOL court claim within the 6 years allowed

I am just about to go to court for an unpaid parking fine as I never received it really worried about it should I be , be legal handling the case thanks Craig

Sorry they seem to have gone bust/closed.   Now you can work with us FOR FREE
I know the Forbury car park, the UKPC signs are pathetic.
So, all you have had are letters from crazzies, namely a debt collector called DRP ..... JUNK MAIL AND IDIOTS
IGNORE.
