My Hermes how to cancel an order My Hermes

I have to cancel an order, but cannot find any way to do this on the My Hermes website.
The Bot is designed to confuse, delay and stop anything from happening.
The phone number does not work
The chat has been stopped
There is no email or any way to contact them.
I have spent a long time trying to find how to cancel my order, but cannot find anything - I think the website is deliberately designed to make cancelling and getting a refund impossible.
Can anyone help with this?
Thank

If they already have your package in the network then you wont be refunded either...0

Have you ordered something from a supplier that is being delivered by Hermes or have you contacted with Hermes to deliver something from you to someone else?

I was going to send a parcel but didn't, l now I need a refund of the postal cost, but cannot find any way to contact anyone there to do this. The Bot does not work.
Nothing works, no communication, no website, no email nothing.
thanks

They allow you to cancel a label up until midnight (I think) via the "active parcels" page if you have already paid for it. Any later than that and you have to go through the Bot - it does work as I had to cancel a paid for label a while ago. They got back in touch via email to say that the label had been cancelled and refunded.0

I have tried the bot many times, cannot get it to work.
