Court Defence Letter; "Fine" for not parking within the bay

@Coupon-mad yeah I have been through quite a few of his threads, couldn't see one defending this "charge" though
There are two recent cases involving this PPC, one relates to a similar transgression and the other relates to an alleged underpayment. Looking at the satellite view of car park in the former case the spaces look tight.

Where was the car parked on the car park? Some of it is not marked out at all.

Ah thank you for this, is it worth mentioning that the spaces appear to be smaller, thank normal? I'm not sure where it was park, as I was not driving.Snakes_Belly said:@Coupon-mad yeah I have been through quite a few of his threads, couldn't see one defending this "charge" though

Yes, add that and also say ''the Defendant has no idea where within this location the car was parked, as the Defendant was not driving.''
You need to add a point #4 putting the C to strict proof that they have complied with the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012, Schedule 4 ('the POFA') in terms of 'adequate notice' of the parking charge, a 'relevant obligation or relevant contract' with the driver, and full compliance with the mandatory deadlines for serving a Notice to Driver and Notice to Keeper, both of which must comply with the wording in Schedule 4 of the POFA. Any failure is a failure in law to hold a keeper liable.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Looking at this car park and the one on Caroline Street (other poster) from the satellite view they don't look all the same size. Some look narrower that others.
